When do women start to look pregnant?

Women and babies are all different, also the moms weight when she got pregnant make a difference too.

My niece had a baby last year she gained 30 lbs and had a 7 lb baby, she didn't look pregnant until her 8th month (she is tall and skinny).

I'm short, not fat but I always looked pregnant by 3 or 4 months.
