How do you get the light seeker in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep?

you need to hack your psp and use CWcheat, however in my own testing of the light seeker codes and all keyblades codes, i could not use the light seeker, it would just be a useless blank space ventus holds, and you cant hurt anything
