You got kicked in the finger and it went numb for a second then went back to normal two weeks later it still hurts to bend it all the way down but it's not broken how can you ease the pain?

Ice the finger periodically. Gently bend it a few times a day and it should return to normal in time. There is a YouTube showing PT for a pinkie called Chip's Physical Therapy for the Finger might help.

You might also want to see a doctor and make sure there isn't a hairline fracture or something else wrong.
