How does the color of a frog help to protect it from predator?

For example, if a frog is brown, then it can camouflage or hide in the mud. If it is green, it can hide on leaves. Like the tree frog. Kind of like being invisible. Animals are usually the colur of their surroundings to survive better in the wild. Camouflaging is VERY important when it comes to predators and prey.
