Which stores in California don't ask for your credit cards security code when shopping on line?

ALL online stores require the card's security code ! That's the whole point of having that security feature ! It's a safeguard so that the retailer knows YOU are the legitimate owner of the card - otherwise ANYONE could just punch in any card number - and make purchases that someone else would have to pay for !
