Many claim that modern media technology allows for too much invasion of privacy.
It can allso be an issue when people are so well connected with each other, no matter where they are, that it becomes a problem to occationally put away your work and take a brake, or in general to escape pressure from others. Too much pressure, and no "alone time" can become unhealty.
As for internet realted complaints: A whole lot of information about an individual can accumulate on the internett. For instance can an employer today have a look at your personal face-book information, and potentially decide not to give you a jobe because he/she doesn't like what he/she finds there.
Also, it's now very easy for people to record information, like filming or taking pictures, and then putting it out on the internett. Not everyone wants all this information about them, that is to be found in such pictures and videos, to be commonly available.
In general: Modern media technology is SO GOOD at doing what it was made to do, and is to such a degree available to everyone, that our perception of what is "private" has to change. A lot of information today tends to find a way to be accessed by anyone interrested.
Of course, not everone feels this way, and many still work very hard to make information technology even better. So on the other side of the table, you have the guys that say that modern media technology still isn't good enough ^^
