Where do you catch a Eevee on Pokemon LeafGreen?

Fly to Celadon City, from the Pokemon Center go round till you get to behind Celadon Mansion, go in and walk up the stairs all the way to the top level, walk down and into the small hut thing. There is a fighting guy, who doesn't challenge you, and on the table there is a Pokéball. The Pokéball is Eevee. By then if u have got every poke ball that u have seen u should have a moon stone to evolve eevvee into espeon or umbreon.
You can find eevee on island 4 or 5 once you beat the elite 4, have 60 captured Pokemon, and you have a ruby from Clinto, te guy on island 1.
