Why does car Tire rub when turning?

It is caused by taking the 17 year old kid on wiki answers seriously when he said you could replace your 255/70R16 tires with 265/75R16.

Most often caused by oversized tires on the vehicle but check for inner fenderwell being loose or damaged and maybe a suspension problem.
