To open a picture in Camera Raw, you can do so by opening Adobe
Photoshop and then selecting "File" "Open" to choose the image you want to edit. Once the image is open, you can access Camera Raw by selecting "Filter" "Camera Raw Filter" from the menu. This will allow you to make adjustments to the image using the Camera Raw interface.
