What does acronym C.I.C. stand for?

Bear in mind that context is important for interpretation of abbreviations, since the same letters can stand for several things (for example, SF often means San Francisco, but also often means Science Fiction, or speculative fiction). That said, I interpret CIC to mean Commander In Chief.
