What is the valve clearance for a Honda 250 nighthawk?

The owners manual has a range listed in millimeters, but I remember a 0.003 inch is in the middle of the range they list (i didn't have feeler gauges in mm, but SAE only).

That is cold, and for intake and exhaust both.
