If done in accordance to the law and the rules governing the manufacture and selling of pharmacuticals it is not dangerous at all.

Selling unlicenced and illegal drugs is dangerous to the user and the seller. Which could result in the death of the buyer and a very long prison sentence or worse for the seller.
