Why tobacco considered as illegal drugs?

MARIJUANA isn't legal because of years of negative Propaganda instituted by the wealthy of America in the 1930s who believed the usability of marijuana would cut into their profits. That negative propaganda has been very effective, but the truth is coming out and marijuana is well on its way to legalization.
