I don't have an accurate answer to this question as of yet, however, I have been using Alexia for 11 days now. It seems as if there is a slight improvement, the website states that it may take a few weeks to actually notice, so I will keep you posted on the results. 100% natural means virtually nothing as far as consumer safety goes. Snake venom, for instance, could be labeled as "100% natural" - it is, but it doesn't make it safe for human consumption. And toxic plants such as Belladonna and Arsenic, both natural and highly poisonous, are in some cases used as homeopathic remedies. Highly effective under the right circumstances, they may be harmful if administered inappropriately.

Even then, within the United States the use of the term "natural" in marketing is largely unregulated. That means that when a company say's it's natural, there's no legal enforcement to make sure it's true.
