Exercise? It is also determined by your physiology. Steroids can help but are not reccomended. Perhaps it's better to be happy with your thin legs so long as you are fit. Lots of squats, running, cycling...those type of exercises. Running is a great way to get muscular legs that are lean, not bulky.
