Are toy poodles nasty

NO.Toy poodles are very clean and neat dogs.However when they stink they smell like they hav rolled in something dead.THAT'S WHEN YOU GIVE THEM A BATH. Toy poodles are very friendly but they are sometimes timmed and scared of people they dont know.
