Okay people who read this, you may really hate to hear the answer "diet and exercise" so I am going to give you a good thing to do to help you lose some weight! So, you need to get a journal and mark breakfast lunch dinner and snacks and weight on it. Then write down every little thing that you eat and, at the end of the day, at a consistent time each day, weigh yourself and see if you gained, lost, or stayed the same weight. Also, try to "work out" at least a little and set goals for yourself to eat a little less every day.
