im a new grad,im presently working in skilled nursingfacility,.i want to work in hospital,but in hospital they dont acept new grads,what should i do.im willing to undergo tranings,please help me?
Contact local nursing homes; they are more receptive to new graduates. You can also contact not-for-profit medical clinics; they will take whatever help they can get.
