Do gel nails hurt your natural nail?

If not removed properly, or maintained they WILL damage your existing nails.

They can make your nails brittle if you peel them off yourself.

i find gel nails, to be not harmful when they are on but when you take them off it will leave alot off damage to your existing nails!
