any hair salon that specializes in ethnic hair care can usually do it.

OR...you can do them yourself. go to a drug store/hair care place and buy this stuff called Dread Glue by Shwarzkopf (i don't know how to spell it.).. it will give you directions on how to do it and what to do with that product. it's way cheaper than going anywhere. I got my dreads done for 180 at a place in Nashville, TN, but i have a lot of hair. have fun
