Does anyone know the invoice price of the 2009 jetta TDI What kind of review and mpg can I expect?

I have a 2009 Jetta TDI, now at 13,000 Miles. I have had no problems whatsoever from the driver's or mechanic's point of view. I live at elevation 3,000 ft. and commute down to 730 ft (Antelope valley to San Fernando valley, California). For the down route of 50 miles I averaged 53 MPG and back home it was 35 MPG...throw in some surface street driving and the computer displayed an average of 40 MPG. However, since my 10K mile service checkup, I suspect my fuel/air mixuture parameters have been adjusted to a richer mixture because I now average 46 MPG on the way down and 32 on the way back home...overall I am now averaging about 37 MPG. A fellow coworker (ASE certified auto mechanic) mentioned that the dealership mechanic may have indeed enrichened the fuel/air mixture to keep me from potentially running lean. Overall, I have lost about 28 miles to a full tank, still not bad. As for the invoice price, the dealership told me that starting price was $24,500 for the 2009 Jetta TDI, I didn't verify this though. I got mine for $25,600. I previously leased a 2005.5 Jetta PZEV and truly enjoyed it.
