When did Ralph schumacher in f1?

Ralf Schumacher made his Formula One debut in 1997 with the Jordan team. He switched to the Williams team in 1999 where he was most successful, winning a total of 6 races between 2001-2003. In 2005 he transferred to the Toyota F1 team before retiring from the sport at the end of the 2007 season.
