What do i say to a girl that says im to young?

Nothing. Just accept that either A. in your state you really are too young and it would be illegal for her to get involved with you, or B. she's not interested in you for several reasons and the age was just the nicest thing she could think of to tell you. Anyone that you have to talk into dating you is someone you should not be dating
