What is defraud ye not one the other?

"Defraud ye not one the other..." is a quote from the King James Bible.
It means to "do not deprive your husband or wife of sexual relations".
Then below that is says "lest ye be tempted for your incontinence". "Incontinence" is like lack of self control. The "defauding" or depriving leaves you open to temptation.
