cut the plastic pouch or paper pouch, then shake it so all the content goes down. just make sure dont pour on to your hand otherwise it smell bad, so directly pour into your mouth and enjoy. AND dont forget ot spit out your first spit so it wont hurt your mouth skin, also it reduce chance of having cancer. If you want to keep your teeth clean and white then brush it every time after eating RMD.
