What level do you have to be on to get a pool in sims 3 freeplay?

In The Sims FreePlay, you need to reach Level 13 to unlock the ability to build a pool. Once you reach this level, you can access the pool building options in the Home Store. Additionally, you will need enough Simoleons to construct the pool and its features.
