Low water flow on kitchen faucet not in sprayer?

If you have adequate flow from the other sinks in the house then either one of the items mentioned below should help.

The first thing to look at is the aerator. At the end of the faucet spigot there is

a small screw on ring that holds a screen filter (the aerator) sometimes it can get plugged with debris and cause a low flow issue. The next thing to check is the shut-off valves beneath the sink. Makes sure they are turned fully open (counterclockwise).
