How do you set the day on your rotary watch?

To set the day on a rotary watch, first, pull the crown out to the first or second position, depending on the model. Turn the crown in one direction to adjust the day. Be cautious not to set the day when the time is between 8 PM and 4 AM, as this can damage the internal mechanism. Once the day is set, push the crown back in to complete the process.
