What time should a nine year old go to bed?

In Seventh Grade, I went to sleep at 9:30pm on school nights, because I had homework to do after sports. On weekends I usually stayed up till 11:00pm. You need 9hrs of sleep all the time! On weekends, I didn't wake up till 9am.
