Where can you buy ear piercing cleanser?

There is a store called claire's . It's all the malls around my area, any piercing or tattoo shop, Walmart too.

You can also make your own - add half a teaspoon of sea salt to boiling water, allow to cool to the point where it feels warm rather than hot. This is called a sea salt soak and is recommended by most piercers.

EDIT: Claires soultion is alcohol based and terrible for piercings. You could also buy saline wound wash ( make sure its only sea salt and water...)
