How do you make a tulip seed?

Tulips do not produce seeds in the same way that many other flowers do; they typically propagate through bulbs. However, if you want to create tulip seeds, you can allow the flowers to be pollinated by insects or by hand, and once the flowers fade, seed pods will develop. After the pods mature, you can harvest the seeds and dry them for planting. Keep in mind that growing tulips from seed can take several years before they bloom.
