Can a person get a greencard by having a baby in the U.S.?

Having a baby in the U.S. does not automatically grant a greencard to the parents. However, a child born in the U.S. is a U.S. citizen, and once the child turns 21, they can sponsor their parents for permanent residency. Until then, parents must explore other Immigration avenues to obtain a greencard.
