What are the moral qualities?

It completely depends on what one values as 'qualities' in a character.

Usually people will talk about things like:

Courage, Honesty, Integrity, Kindness, Loyalty etc.

The British Army for example asks all of its soldiers, officers, Chaplains etc. to live by its moral code:

Selfless Commitment

Courage (quite an important one, obviously)

Discipline

Integrity

Loyalty

and Respect for others
