How do I initiate a force defrost on my Samsung fridge?

To initiate a force defrost on your Samsung fridge, locate the control panel on the front of the fridge. Press and hold the "Freezer" and "Lighting" buttons simultaneously for about 8 seconds until you hear a chime. This will start the force defrost process.
