The ideal weight is different depending on the height. The ideal weight can be though to be the range of a persons BMI (body mass index) that falls within the normal range, which for young woman would be withing the range 18,5-24,9. BMI i culculated by taking your weight and split it with your height (measured in metres) squared (multiplied by itself one time). Though if you train alot your BMI can have higher values without it being dangerous.
