There's no superfast way to lose weight without hurting yourself. As big of a hurry it is to get thin, do it the right way. Dedicate yourself to a strict, healthy diet, perhaps 1200-1500 calories and incorporate an exercise routine. Even walking the city with a friend is a great way to get in shape. One time, I lost weight by doing this. For Breakfast, I had a bowl of Special K with skim milk. For lunch, I ate some fruits and vegetables. They sell these things at Walmart Super Center's, in produce. They have peeled baby carrots, some cut up celery sticks, a thing of low fat vegetable dip, a small pkg. of almonds, and a small thing of Cheese. Then for supper, I had a regular supper. In the evening, if I got hungry, I would a Apple or orange. Watching what you eat, and maybe do some walking outside, or inside the grocery store when it is hot outside, will help you to lose weight. I know this because I have done this, and lost weight.
