If you have conditional residency, you need to file for removal of condition during the 90-day period immediately preceding the expiration of your card. You must file by mail with the Immigration Service Center that has jurisdiction over you: Texas, California, Nebraska, or Vermont, depending on where you live. Processing times are different depending on the Service Center.
