Where do you get a luck incense on Pokemon platinum?

Firstly, you need Surf and Rock Smash taught to a Pokemon in your party. Fly/walk to Jubilife City. Go directly upwards, and onto Route 204. Go up again and into the cave. This is Ravaged Path. Go forwards, then left. Smash the rock. In the area that has been revealed, surf on the water. Surf upwards. Once you jump onto land, go left and up. Smash any rocks that are in your way. At the top, go left. Then go down. There should be six rocks there. Smash the rightmost two, go into the revealed area and there is a luck incense.

I would advise breeding a Chansey with it attached, you get a Happiny. Or, give it to a Pokemon in your party to double your prize money after a battle.
