If you are talking about a pouch laminator, I would highly recommend the PL12A pouch laminator from Banner American. I have used this laminator myself and it is durable and can laminate almost anything. It uses four rollers, which allows the laminator to evenly distribute the heat. It also has a separate switch for the motor and the heat, so you don't have to have the motor running while the laminator is warming up.
