What is the proper format of a personal business letter?

That advertisement did indicate that you were now looking for 14- to 16-year-old students to work part time after school trying to get new customers for you newspaper. I would like to apply for this job. Next fall I will be in tenth grade at Carver Middle School and I am 15 years of age. A job such as the one you advertised would help me gain good work experience and allow me to earn some money for a college education. I do have some experience which was gained by working in the school office. Mr. Paul Marks, school principal, has given me permission to use him as a reference.
