What is the title of book three of The Hunger Games trilogy?

It is called Mockingjay, and came out August 24th, 2010.

Catching Fire, the second book in the series, came out September 1st, 2009, and The Hunger Games, the first book, came out September 14th, 2008 (I think...I remember by memory)
