What is downtown chic attire?

It depends if you are working or just out on the street or going to a party

working-black pencil skirt with a belt and a colored blouse with ruffles in the front, and you can add a purse or tote

out on the street- a graphic tee and jeans or skinny jeans with ugg boots (real uggs.. you dont want to own fuggs.. fake uggs) and u can add a vest or jewlrey to that

party-....fancy= a cocktail dress and heels.... formal= a dress and leggings.. it doesnt have to be a fancy dress and Ballet flats
