Average salary for a truck driver dispatcher?

Salary for a truck dispatcher is primarly governed by the experience they have, how many hrs they work and how useful they are to the company. The last company that I used to drive for had 3 dispatchers. One of them was making $10/hr and another one was making $70,000 per year.
