Why Doesn't the DigimonRPG English patch work?

I'm going to show u this in steps

1.Hi It's me again but the last thing i posted if u want a new English patch first u have

to go to digimonrpg international 2.when u get there to here(it'll say this exactly)

Download Patch How to Install and click on it 3. GO to the bottom till u can't scroll no more then press go 4. Then go to ~*playing In English For Dummies*~ 5. my bad before that u need to download Winrar download it at this link http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

and if nothing comes up then type in download Winrar. 6.once u get there go to the language English or whatever English u want it to be. 7. after u download it at the digimonrpg international site download the Graphics pack and tutorial pack and u can go to another thing there if your not sure. now your done send questions to David9090@msn.com
