What should you do if bees are swarming around your brussels sprouts and on the ground and the population has been growing and you're afraid to water?

The British Beekeepers' Association (BBKA) is putting out a mayday call urging the public not to interfere, but to immediately notify their local beekeeping association, council or police station, when they see a swarm of honey bees. The sooner a swarm is collected the safer it is for both the bees and the public.
