Who are the Bad Plastic Surgeons to Avoid?

Cut and pasted from a previous post: Do not go to Dr. manuel Gutierrez Romero Please do not go to Dr. Manuel Gutierrez Romero. He is located in Tijuana, just right across from the border. My sister and I both went to Dr. Romero for breast implants. He was highly recommended by some co-workers. Dr. Romero appeared to be a friendly man and knowledgable in his field. However, we took my mom in for a belly tuck and the surgery went wrong. Soon after the surgery my mom became ill and she went back to Dr. Romero who said that there were some complications due to the surgery and the area became infected. Dr. Romero said they would need to perform another tummy tuck, due to the complications of the second surgery my mom passed away under his care. He did not have the necessary equipment when she fell in state of shock or in order to revive her. We tried to do all we could in order to have a doctor in San Diego look at her, but there was not enough time. If we knew he was not properly equipped for a situation like this we would have never gone to him. Dr. Romero he did return the money for the surgery, but my mom's life is still lost.
