Where is the fuel pressure pump located on a Chrysler 2000 T and C...inirtia switch?

Fuel pump is in the tank on the Chrysler mini-vans. have to drop the tank to access the pump. there is no inertia switch on Dodge and chrysler products. Could have a problem with the fuel pump relay , believe it is under hood in the fuse box.
