What will be the effect on environment if you cage the birds?

If all the birds will be caged then in the morning, we wouldn't be able to hear the soft nd polite voices of birds. The chirping of birds will not be there, and the environment will become very Quiet. :(WE SHOULD PLEDGE NOT TO CAGE ANY BIRD!
