I need some easy semi-easy care colorful tropical fish that can go on a desk in a smaller sized tank in my room I already have a betta but I want others Suggestions?

Bettas are peacefull so almost any other small community fish like Guppies or Platties should be OK in with it. Just stick to the basics and all should be OK. The basic rules for sucessfull fishkeeping are as follows. :- 1 inch of fish must have at least 1 gallon of water,(a Betta is a 3 inch fish). :- Every tank needs a permanently running cycled filter. :- Every tank needs at least 50% of its water replaced every week. A heater set at 73 - 75F would also be needed if there is no climate control available for the ambient room temperature.
