When a child should be toilet trained and into normal underwear and make a mistake by wetting themselves the mother may punish the child by putting diapers on them to disgrace them. This is wrong! Some children who go through large growing spurts may look like they should be trained to use the washroom, but sometimes their bladders have not matured enough. To disgrace a child by using diapers as a punishment is only frustrating the child; embarrassing them and resolves nothing. There are Junior sized diapers with Disney characters, etc., on them that Juniors can wear until they stop wetting completely and can wear regular underwear.
